Rodrigo Macías González (Texcoco, Mexico, March 18, 1977) is a conductor and Mexican composer.
 He studied at the Cardenal Miranda Institute in Mexico City and the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan in Italy. His principal teachers were Xavier Gonzalez, Sandro Gorli and Juan Trigos.

He has appeared in front of the State Symphony Orchestra of Mexico, the Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra, the Choir and Orchestra of the Theater of Fine Arts, the philharmonic orchestras of Jalisco, Queretaro and Zacatecas and symphony of Xalapa, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosi, Yucatan, autonomous universities of Nuevo Leon, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Tamaulipas, the National Polytechnic Institute and the chamber orchestra of Fine Arts. He was assistant conductor of the OFUNAM from 2008 to 2011.

 He as conducted many operas including; Tosca by Puccini, Leoncavallo's Pagliacci, Don Pasquale by Donizetti, "Die Fledermaus" by Strauss, the "La Scala di Seta" , "L'occasione Fa Il Ladro" by Rossini and "Bastian and Bastienne" of Mozart. In the field of contemporary music he has worked closely with Onix Ensemble. He is founder and director of the Orchestre de Texcoco, his hometown, and has accompanied soloists such as Fernando de la Mora, Horacio Franco, Eva Maria Zuk, Javier Camarena, José Luis Duval, Lourdes Ambríz, Rebeca Olvera, Charles Oppenheim, Mauricio Nader, angel Padilla and Carlos Egry. He debuted in Europe in 2004 with the Divertimento Ensemble of Milan and in 2007 at the Cervantino Festival with the Camerata group potosino Desert. The Texcocan musician (1977) studied at the Cardenal Miranda Institute of Mexico City and the Conservatory "Giuseppe Verdi" of Milan in Italy.
 His music has been performed in Mexico, USA and Italy (Festival Cervantino, Forum of New Music Manuel Enríquez) .In July 2008 he was appointed  Distinguished Texcocan by the city of Texcoco in a solemn session of council and in November 2011 was conferred the medal "Jean Dausset" altruistic merit in the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Since December 2010, he is chief conductor of the State of Mexico Symphony Orchestra.
